Sean Sebastian
CEO & Managing Director |
A corporate generalist, Sean applied his leadership and business acumen in government and corporate America alike. His expertise in strategic sales and marketing helped him deliver superior results as a sales executive with a Fortune 50 company in some of the toughest markets in the country. As a trained logistician, Sean has a proven track record of managing complex systems and mitigating the impact of constraints while delivering fuel, maintenance and medical supplies to combat troops in real-world forward deployed environments.
As a co-founder of an information technology service provider to the US intelligence community, Sean was directly responsible for developing the company systems and recruiting the talent that has led to a 30 month rise from an obscure one-person consulting firm into a $15 million product and service company with zero turn over in as much time. He was directly responsible for the human capital management and development of the operating systems, and for some of the product development. He was integrally involved in the company brand development and the strategic direction.
Sean earned his B.S. in Mathematics (minor in Mechanical Engineering) from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.
